In accepting a quotation and paying the required deposit, the following terms and conditions shall apply.
- The quotation is, in part, based on the size of animal(s) to be shipped. If no measurements have been supplied prior to quotation or inaccurate information supplied by the client then any extra costs incurred, as a result, will be charged to the client.
- Should any animal appear unfit to travel PetsAway UK have the right to seek expert veterinary advise - any costs incurred will be charged to the client.
- Every possible care and attention will be given to all animals during transit however, PetsAway UK cannot accept any responsibility for escape, injury or death as a result of - acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, acts of foreign governments, adverse climatic conditions and radioactive contamination.
- Any additional costs incurred by PetsAway UK as a result of delays/canellations caused by weather conditions, industrial action/strikes or any circumstance beyond the control of PetsAway UK, will be charged to the client.
- When making a booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable.
- Payment in full is required 7 days prior to departure.
- Credit / Debit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge.
Please note that the quotation does not include any customs clearance, import duties or agents fees charged at the port/airport of destination.
